What items can I consign?
We accept everything from rugs to chandeliers and everything in between!
How do I start the consignment process?
Text photos of your items to 561-290-9171 or email to consign@truetreasuresinc.com. We will reply within 2-3 business days.
What is the consignment fee?
Our consignment fee is a percentage of the final sale price. This fee covers the cost of displaying, marketing, and selling your items.
How long will my items be on consignment?
Our standard consignment contract is for 125 days. If your items do not sell within this period, you can request to extend the consignment period for an additional 100 days.
How will I get paid?
Consignors are paid on the last day of the month following the sale of their item. For example, an item is sold on October 25th, the consignor check will be mailed on the November 30th. This process occurs automatically, eliminating the need to request payment.
Is there online access to see how my items are selling?
Yes! Click “Consignor Login” in the top navigation bar. If this is your first time signing in, your email is your username and password. You will be sent a link via email to change your password to a private one, click the link in the email, enter your new password. You will have up-to-the-minute count information. If you forget your password, no problem, simply email Jamie@TrueTreasuresInc.com and she will reset it back to your email for you.
What happens if my items don’t sell?
If your items do not sell within the consignment period; you may request to consign for an additional 100 days, retrieve them, or transfer title to True Treasures for disposition however we deem appropriate.
